Nigerian Political woes
Related to country: Nigeria

Political war will it help us go any further?
well,
the current political war wagging between the president and the vice president brings a lot of concern to all and sundry especially now that we are about getting to an important period " Election 2007"
i pray that all be well with the nigerian polity as it is heated up now.
Why do they disgrace thier selves rather than spend the money into Information technology , lets say embrace the i laptop per child project going on all over the world and be remembered for life or provide jobs for the teamming unemployed youths . spread loans for peasant farmers and traders .Encourage farming and enterprenuership.
i think we can all deveolp from that

This year lobeku New Yam festival
Related to country: Nigeria

The year 2006 Lobeku New Yam festival is one that has a good grip on my memory. I was invited by a friend , It was colourful.Different dances and the rich culture of Cross River state and Nigeria was displayed.
The beautiful maidens were all present dancing to the african rythmn.
This is to signify the beginning and release a new Yam. A staple food in these areas.
I must commend The Governor Donald Duke for The part he has played towards hosting this event

Nigeria- My Beautiful Land
Related to country: Nigeria

Painting My country Black is definately the worst thing to do by countries thought to be the unbiased and democratic.
It has been observed that the American Government and other Countries have black mailed Nigeria for corruption,Looking back the other day i watched the CNN reports indicting Nigerians in America of Bank robbery, and other vices .
Well we find slums every where in the world .I was horrified at such a sight.
This is a country that has produced the most beautiful woman in the world , world classed elder statemen, World renouned Space Craft Pilots , Computer wiz kids etc
The people are nice , crime rate is low at least where i live .
We have hard working people and Smart and brilliant ones are found there too.
Please if it requires you to come and see i will host you privately in my home country house.
afetr all we handed over
Come and see the Nigeria you are rejecting, beautiful scenario where sunsets beautifully.Lovely women, people, come to Calabar see Tinapa The EPZ zone do legitimate business, Beautiful nature and What nature has to behold .
Please stop painting Nigeria Black
I am proud of Nigeria

The future of African Football
Related to country: Ghana

As i watched the last match between Ghana and the United States i began to wonder and believe that African Football had reached its peak.
The world cup is an eye witness to that fact.Ghana were able to beat the US at all cost. I even went up to the extent of betting with my cousin in the states to dtermine the winner but i won the bet.
African football has gone a long way and will win at the long run.
i pray for South african 2010 because africa will be picking the cup for the secon time cause Ghana no stopping em.
wih africa the best of luck , Ghana i dey hail Oh

The world cup has began but Africa is performing badly.

lets see how FIFA is humilating African countries anyway serves them right(togo, cote d ivoir e, angola)
I bet no African country would make the 2nd round that i know.
Thats FIFA ploitics to a continent Raveaged with poverty , hunger and starvation.
